By accepting this you agree to the following:

*Consumer Agreement: 

“SLM LLC. offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. SLM LLC. does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors.  Hence, customer agrees that SLM LLC. acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that SLM LLC. shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith. 

 

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, it does count towards your total package price if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 50% refund if you cancel within 90 days of the trip. The deposit is Non-Refundable.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for refunds. 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLM LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.”
